Acrisure said its former brokers Stephan Plotzker and Hakop Papazyan allegedly violated their non-compete contracts when they resigned en masse alongside a group of employees to join Howden as the London-based broker builds out its U.S. trucking business, two lawsuits filed in federal court showed.
