
The legal fight between two Boston brokerage executives and their one-time boss at Newmark is heating up as the plaintiffs exit the company. Edward Maher, who was executive vice chair of Newmark’s capital markets group, and Matthew Pullen, once vice chair of the Boston capital markets team, left their posts a month ago, Bisnow reported.
