Charles Cohen is rebuilding his business in South Florida, but his New York City setbacks continue to haunt him. Broker Bob Knakal is suing the Cohen Brothers Realty developer for allegedly failing to pay a commission owed on a sale that closed at the beginning of the year, Crain’s reported. Knakal is seeking his $1 million commission, as well as legal fees.
