Cboe BZX Exchange has filed with the SEC to list the first triple-leveraged Bitcoin and Ether ETFs in the US, aiming to deliver three times the daily returns using CME futures contracts. The proposal, submitted on August 10 and published on August 14, marks a potential milestone for leveraged crypto products on a major US exchange. Meanwhile, spot Bitcoin ETFs saw $57.63 million in net outflows over three days, while spot Ether ETFs showed no net flows. Approval by the SEC is still pending, with the funds expected to operate under CFTC regulation as commodity pools rather than traditional fund rules.
