Dallas-based Coldwell Banker Apex, Realtors acquired independent brokerage Leslie Cain Realty, in a move making the firm the top brokerage in the Greater Tyler MLS by sales volume. With the acquisition of Leslie Cain in East Texas, the brokerage stands to be number one in the Greater Tyler MLS for both listings sold and buyer sales, at $119 million and $103 million, respectively, according to combined data from the firms shared by Lori Arnold, the owner and broker of Coldwell Banker Apex.
