Corcoran’s Andres Perea-Garzon joins Brown Harris Stevens
A longtime member of the top-producing Carrie Chiang Team is leaving Corcoran to join Brown Harris Stevens. After eight years with Chiang’s cohort, Andres Perea-Garzon is striking out on his own as an individual agent, the brokerage announced Monday. Perea-Garzon’s move follows Compass’ acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate, Corcoran’s parent company, which closed earlier this year.
