EIA weekly data: Ethanol production down 2%, stocks up 3%, exports down 24%
U.S. ethanol production fell by 2% the week ending Jan. 2, according to data released by the U.S. Energy Information Administration on Jan. 7. Stocks of fuel ethanol were up 3% while exports fell by nearly 24%.
