It’s deja vu all over again at eXp Realty’s parent company, where Glenn Sanford is ceding leadership to Leo Pareja for a second time. At a company gathering this week, the eXp founder announced that he was stepping down as chief executive officer of the brokerage’s parent company, Inman reported.
