
Council of Smaller Enterprises (COSE), the small business group of Greater Cleveland Partnership, has named a new board chair. Taylor Evans, the president of Rust Belt Recruiting, took the position this month, succeeding Cheryl Perez, CEO of Cheryl C Perez Brand of Companies, who finished her two-year term with the group. Evans steps into the role following a long history with COSE, initially joining the organization in the summer of 2018 and becoming a board member six months later, the organization said in a news release."Taylor has an incredible passion for small business," Megan Kim, executive director of COSE, said in an emailed statement to Crain's. "He is equally invested in the growth of his own business and the business community in Greater Cleveland. He is well connected, collaborative, and a natural leader."
