A ban on stock trading by members of the U.S. Congress has been proposed repeatedly by lawmakers of both parties, but for the moment Congress members remain free to trade - and you can buy into an ETF that copies their trades. Dan Weiskopf of Tidal Financial runs two of those funds, but he told Reuters he nonetheless believes lawmakers' trading presents a clear conflict of interest.
