PEORIA, ARIZ. — Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division of Marcus & Millichap, has brokered the sale of Parc Roundtree Ranch, a 275-unit multifamily property located between Loop 101 and U.S. Route 60/Grand Avenue in Peoria. Terms of the transaction were not released. Steve Gebing and Cliff David of IPA represented the undisclosed seller and procured the undisclosed buyer in the deal. Completed in 2021 on more than 10 acres, Parc Roundtree Ranch features apartments with nine-foot ceilings, private patios or balconies with exterior storage, walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers. Situated on 10 acres, the community includes a resort-style pool, spa, fitness center, pet spa and outdoor grilling areas.
