Lee & Associates brokers win CoStar Q3 awards
Brokers at the Wilmington office of commercial real estate firm Lee & Associates have been recognized by CoStar Group as winners of the Q3 2025 CoStar Power Broker Quarterly Deals Awards. The CoStar Q3 Top Retail Leasing Deal Romp N’ Roll Brokers are Sandy Thorpe, Chip Lanier (pictured at right) and Jenn Olevitch-Roberson (pictured below), according to a news release. The release stated that a firms’ winners are determined by the top deals executed every quarter, based upon price and square footage. "These awards reflect the commitment, expertise, and market leadership of topperforming brokers in the industry," according to the release. Ted Boyd, president of Lee & Associates Raleigh Durham Wilmington, stated in the release, “We’re incredibly proud of our team’s accomplishments this quarter. "These awards highlight not only our brokers’ hard work and relationships but also the continued strength and momentum of the commercial real estate markets we serve.”
