Northmarq swiped three respected retail brokers from rival CBRE to work out of its Houston office, the firm announced Monday. Matt Berry, Robbie Kilcrease and Drew Reinking are now a part of Minneapolis-based Northmarq’s national shopping center group as managing directors. The trio have inked upwards of 1,300 retail transactions that represent $9 billion, according to the Houston Business Journal.
