Six years after launching his namesake brokerage, Ryan Serhant has built one of New York’s most recognizable independent resi firms. And this year, he’s been busy expanding into markets where the biggest firms already command considerable share. The latest move is Chicago, where Serhant opened two offices this month serving the city and North Shore. Serhant’s 40 new recruits reportedly represent over $600 million in sales volume over the past year.
