Sensex Today | Stock Market LIVE Updates: The Nifty 50 index is back at the mark of 26,000 on the day of its monthly expiry for the October series, and what a series it has turned out to be for the index after months of sluggish, rangebound moves. As of Monday's close, the index is up over 1,300 points for the series. However, the 26,000 mark continues to remain a barrier for the index as despite crossing that level intraday, it could not sustain above it and closed near that mark.
