“Small and stealth”: Kirman’s Christie’s International Real Estate SoCal launches Pasadena office
Aaron Kirman’s Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California has expanded into Pasadena with a new office and new recruits. The Beverly Hills-based brokerage’s office at 117 East Colorado Boulevard is Christie’s SoCal’s fifth office opening in three years. Its Pasadena headcount generated over $300 million in sales in the past 12 months, the firm said. The Old Town Pasadena address joins other Christie’s SoCal offices in Brentwood, Encino, Corona del Mar and Calabasas.
