NFL and YouTube stars reach agreement on FTX collective lawsuit: Report

National Football League (NFL) quarterback Trevor Lawrence and YouTube influencers Kevin Puffrath and Tom Nash have reportedly filed a lawsuit over the alleged disclosure of insufficient compensation in their promotions for the now-defunct ftx cryptocurrency exchange.According to the September report. According to Bloomberg, three known people have entered into proposed agreements; however, the terms of the agreement were not disclosed.Among the Decrepit celebrities and influencers involved in the class action, Lawrence, Paffrath and Nash are reportedly the first to reach a settlement.Other prominent defendants in the class action include Tom Brady Dec Dec, Gisele Bündchen, Kevin O'LEARY, Shaquille O'neal, Naomi Osaka and David Ortiz, while Paffrath and Nash are among eight YouTube users accused of failing to disclose compensation information. The other six are Graham Stefan, Andrei Jich, Jasprit Singh, Brian Jung, Jeremy Lefevre and Erika Kullberg.The Creators Agency, the talent management company behind the promotion of FTX, was also involved in the lawsuit.Paid November 11, a lawsuit revealed that ftx is considering how to refund the millions of dollars it paid to famous athletes and sports teams that promoted the crypto exchange before going bankrupt in November 2022. Trevor Lawrence topped the list with compensation of $205,555, Shaquille O'Neal with about $750,000, and Kevin O'Leary with $2,348,338, according to the statement.
