On October 14, US spot Bitcoin ETFs experienced $261.4 million in net outflows, led by heavy redemptions from Fidelity's FBTC and BlackRock's IBIT, which together accounted for $263.6 million in withdrawals. Bitwise's BITB was a rare exception, attracting $2.2 million in inflows. Spot Ethereum ETFs also saw significant outflows of $130 million, indicating a broader market risk-off sentiment rather than asset-specific issues. Despite these fluctuations, the Bitcoin ETF market remains robust with over $54 billion in cumulative net inflows since January 2024, and total assets around $100–107 billion. The large moves in the biggest funds suggest notable short-term selling pressure in the spot market, but the overall long-term structure remains intact.
