Grayscale's Zcash spot ETF, the first US-listed fund offering direct ZEC exposure, saw $93.56 million in outflows in one week after a strong launch with $271 million net inflows by mid-September. The fund's assets under management fell from around $915-979 million in September to about $751 million in early October, pressured by large daily redemptions and ZEC price volatility. A 3-for-1 share split was implemented to improve liquidity, but redemptions remain high. The fund still holds a significant portion of ZEC supply and remains net positive, with investors watching if redemptions ease, ZEC price stabilizes, and liquidity improves.
