There's been a lot of talk surrounding the high-inflation rate shown in the Producer Price Index (PPI) versus the Consumer Price Index (CPI). The speculation on when retail outlets will raise prices to match their costs is varied, and is primarily a guess. We're glad our jobs don't depend on that guessing.
