Hamilton Young launches residential brokerage division

Division Led by Franklin Industry Veteran, Ashley W. RobertsHerald Reports FRANKLIN — Hamilton Young has expanded its real estate services with the launch of a residential brokerage division led by Franklin real estate professional Ashley W. Roberts.The company, which has focused on commercial brokerage and property management services, said the addition of residential sales is part of its continued growth in Franklin and the surrounding Middle Tennessee market.Roberts, a Williamson County native and Franklin resident, will serve as vice president of residential sales. In that role, she will oversee the company's residential sales operations and assist clients through the home-buying and selling process."Ashley brings deep local knowledge, strong industry experience, and a genuine passion for serving people," said Russ Haynes, partner and co-founder of Hamilton Young. "We are excited to bring Ashley on board to lead our residential division and look forward to offering more services to the Franklin community." A graduate of Franklin High School and the University of Alabama, Roberts is a residential broker and Realtor with a background in interior design. She also worked in her family's residential appraisal business as an appraisal trainee and has experience in residential sales, construction, and property management.In addition to her professional work, Roberts serves as vice chair and commissioner of the City of Franklin Public Arts Commission, vice president of the Friends of Franklin Parks board, and a board member of FrankTown Open Hearts."It's an honor to join Hamilton Young," Roberts said.
